Seeking a Grant from the Livonia Community Foundation

The Livonia Community Foundation is proud to support non-profit organizations dedicated to serving the residents of Livonia. Annually, we invite 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations to apply for grants that align with our mission. Please note, we generally do not provide grants for administrative or operational activities.

Application Process & Timeline

Our grant application process is entirely online. Here's what you need to know:

  • Application Deadline: Your completed application must be submitted by March 15th each year.
  • Review Process: Applications are carefully reviewed by a dedicated committee of the Foundation's Board of Trustees.
  • Grant Awards: Grant decisions are typically announced and funds are presented in the spring.

Grant Recipient Requirements

Organizations that receive funding from the Livonia Community Foundation are required to submit a final report summarizing the outcome of their funded project or program. This report helps us understand the impact of your work and should include:

  • Whether the project was a success.
  • How the project impacted the residents of Livonia.
  • If the program is continuing.
